SoHo & TriBeCa

SoHo and TriBeCa are the crown jewels of New York City real estate. SoHo's streets are lined with the world's largest collection of cast-iron architecture — ornate 19th-century facades that were once factories and are now multi-million-dollar lofts with soaring ceilings, enormous windows, and original columns. The streets are quieter than SoHo, the restaurants are reservation-only, and the asking prices regularly exceed $3,000 per square foot.
