نظرة عامة على السوق

Japan's economy is experiencing a structural shift with the Bank of Japan cautiously normalising monetary policy after decades of ultra-low rates. GDP growth remains modest at 1-2%, but the weak yen has supercharged tourism and made Japanese assets attractive to foreign investors. Tokyo condominium prices have reached all-time highs, while regional cities offer higher yields. The market presents a rare combination of a stable, developed economy with currency-driven entry opportunities.

No reciprocity requirements exist. Property ownership does not require Japanese residency or a visa.
