Stara Varos (Old Town) is Podgorica's historic heart, an Ottoman-era neighbourhood at the confluence of the Ribnica and Moraca rivers. While rougher around the edges than the modern centre, Stara Varos offers authentic character and the lowest property prices in the capital.
