Greenhills and broader San Juan City occupy a unique niche in Metro Manila real estate. While BGC and Makati race to build higher and flashier, San Juan quietly maintains its position as one of the most desirable family neighborhoods. The anchor is Greenhills Shopping Center, a sprawling retail complex known globally for its pearl market, tiangge bargain stalls, and diverse food scene.
