The Bacoor-Imus-Dasmarinas corridor is where the Philippine dream of homeownership meets reality. The appeal is powerful: for PHP 1.1M to PHP 5M, a young family can own a house with a yard, a gate, and garden -- something costing PHP 15M+ inside Metro Manila. Imus stands out thanks to Ayala Land Vermosa Estate, with lots that appreciated from PHP 900/sqm in 2011 to PHP 21,600+/sqm by 2024 -- a 2,300% increase. Bacoor benefits most from LRT-1 Cavite Extension, with Phase 1 operational since November 2024 and Niog station in Bacoor targeted for 2030-2031. SM City Bacoor and Ayala Malls The District Imus provide commercial anchors. Dasmarinas, further south, is most affordable with DLSU-Dasmarinas as educational anchor. The trade-off is inescapable: Aguinaldo Highway traffic. This single road carries bulk of Cavite daily commuter traffic, with rush hour one-way times reaching 2-3 hours.
