Toril

Toril is Davao City's southernmost and most nature-rich district — a sprawling area that climbs from the coastal lowlands along the Davao Gulf up into the lush highlands at the foot of Mount Talomo. The district's identity is defined by two nationally significant attractions: Eden Nature Park, an 80-hectare eco-tourism destination; and the Philippine Eagle Center in Barangay Malagos. Toril is experiencing a residential transformation driven by affordability and infrastructure. At PHP 30,000-65,000/sqm, it offers the lowest property prices in Davao City. The Davao City Bypass Road is estimated to lift land values by 5-15% upon completion. Camella Toril and other subdivision projects are establishing gated communities at entry-level price points.
