Unrestricted Foreign Ownership
制限なしGeorgia has one of the most foreign-friendly property ownership regimes in the world. Foreigners have full and equal rights to purchase, own, and sell apartments, houses, and commercial property with no restrictions whatsoever. No government approval, no residency requirement, no special permits, and no reciprocity conditions. The only exception is agricultural land, which foreigners cannot own (but can lease).
