Risan

Risan is the oldest continuously inhabited settlement on the Bay of Kotor, dating to the 3rd century BC. Roman-era mosaics are the star attraction, but the real draw for property investors is the combination of bay views, authentic character, and prices 50-70% below Kotor or Tivat. The small town sits at the head of the inner bay, offering some of the most dramatic views in Montenegro.
