Intric Global and Henley & Partners Announce Collaboration Uniting Cross-Border Real Estate Intelligence with Residence and Citizenship Advisory

By Abhii Dabas · August 25, 2026 · 4 min read

Today we're announcing a collaboration with Henley & Partners, the global leader in residence and citizenship by investment — and it starts from an observation both firms kept running into separately.

The families we serve are usually weighing a move, an education decision, and a property purchase in the same year. Yet those questions have historically been handled by different advisers, working from different information. Where a family can live and where its capital should sit are two halves of the same decision — and they've almost never been planned together.

This partnership is built to close that gap. It pairs Intric's market intelligence and developer curation across 70+ residential markets with Henley & Partners' advisory practice in residence and citizenship programmes, so a family sees both halves of the decision at the same time.

What we're building together

The programme runs through the second half of 2026:

Joint research. The first co-authored briefing, The Global Indian Family, examines how Indian high-net-worth families are structuring capital, residency, and education decisions across the United States, Portugal, the UAE, and the United Kingdom. Further briefings covering additional corridors are planned.

The Own the World podcast. Two episodes open the series: Yudhi Mapara, Associate Director at Henley & Partners India, on non-resident Indian capital and the global Indian family; and Tess Wilkins, Head of Education at Henley & Partners, on studying abroad and the US education pathway.

Co-authored articles. Contributions from Abhii Dabas published by Henley & Partners, and Henley & Partners insights published through the Intric Intelligence Library.

Joint briefing sessions for advisers and families across our shared markets.

Why we're doing this

"Families rarely start with a country," says Abhii Dabas, Founder and CEO of Intric Global. "They start with a question about their children, their tax position, or where the next decade of their business sits, and the jurisdiction follows from that. What we see across 70+ markets is that the residency decision and the property decision are usually made by the same family in the same year, and they are almost never advised on together. Working with Henley & Partners lets us put both halves of that decision in front of a family at the same time."

Yudhi Mapara, Associate Director at Henley & Partners India, sees the same shift from the advisory side: "India is one of the world's most dynamic wealth-creation markets, and that growth is translating into increasingly global ambitions among Indian families. We are seeing clients think more holistically about where they live, educate their children, invest, and build long-term optionality. Our collaboration with Intric brings independent cross-border real estate intelligence into that conversation, helping families make these interconnected decisions with a broader view of their options."

First phase: the global Indian family

The opening phase focuses on Indian high-net-worth families — one of the fastest-growing internationally mobile cohorts — and on four routes that answer different family objectives rather than a single investment thesis:

  • United States — accessed primarily for education, with the EB-5 investor programme used by families whose principal objective is university placement and long-term optionality for children

  • Portugal — the main European route; following the closure of the property option in 2023, the qualifying investment fund is the live pathway to EU residency without a physical relocation requirement

  • UAE — continued high-net-worth relocation through the Golden Visa framework, supported by proximity, tax position, and an established Indian community

  • United Kingdom — the education and capital preservation anchor, though property purchase in the UK confers no residency or visa rights
