Built on developer experience
- 1984A career in developmentTakashi Ichikawa joins Recruit, then spends 25 years at Recruit Cosmos (now Cosmos Initia) in property sales, marketing and product planning, before moving into overseas property and founding his own firm.
- 2017Joining LeadingREIPA becomes a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the Chicago-based network that gives it access to quality property in more than 70 countries.
- 2019Barcelona at the Spanish EmbassyIPA hosts a Barcelona property seminar at the Spanish Embassy in Tokyo, attended by around 100 clients, built on its relationship with its Barcelona partner agent.
