TEKCE began in Antalya in 2004, the year Türkiye allowed foreigners to buy property. Founder Bayram Tekçe moved from tourism and foreign trade into real estate and built Antalya Homes, which grew through word of mouth into a leading agency for international buyers. The group later added Istanbul Homes and Spain Homes, then brought every operation under the TEKCE name.
