San Patrik is a boutique real estate agency focused on carefully selected properties in Croatia, founded and led by Ivan Varat. We work with a limited number of clients to ensure discretion, clear advice and steady guidance, and most of our clients come through referrals.
Our focus is quality over volume: clear strategy and a calm, well-managed process from the first conversation to closing. International buyers make up a significant share of demand, most commonly from Slovenia, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, and we present selected properties to verified buyers abroad.
