Five decades of building Dubai
Vakson was established in 1970, as Dubai began its transformation into a thriving metropolis. From managing properties to shaping skylines, the company grew with the city, and today it is a diversified business headquartered in Dubai with deep roots in the UAE.
Through the 1980s and 1990s Vakson delivered residential and commercial developments across Dubai and Sharjah, from the Al Quoz warehouse complex in 1984 and the Jumeirah villa complex in 1987 to residential buildings in Karama, Bur Dubai and Deira. The freehold era brought the towers most people know: Marina Crown, Emirates Crown, Icon Tower I and II and the England Cluster in International City.
A new generation of projects continues that line, with Hessa Views in Jumeirah Village Circle in 2022 and Riva Residence in Dubai Maritime City in 2025. More than 10,000 units have been handed over.
