Strand Properties was set up in 2020 by Sirena and Anssi Kiviranta, who had previously built the Finnish real estate business Bo LKV. The Spanish company sells property across the Costa del Sol, with a focus on Marbella and its surroundings.
The agency works with sellers, buyers and developers. It also offers help with renovation and with furnishing a home after purchase, and its Strand Lifestyle community gives clients partner offers and private events.

Since 2020
- 2020Strand Properties is set up in SpainKiviranta Group Oy, the founders' Finnish investment company, establishes Strand Properties as a Spanish subsidiary, with its first office in Puerto Banús.
- 2024Three offices open in FinlandThe company brings its approach to the Finnish market and has since opened further Finnish offices.
- TodayGrowing in Spain, Finland and FranceOffices in Marbella, Málaga, Fuengirola and Palma de Mallorca, with Finland and the French Riviera alongside.
