Not selling units, building a community
ORA Developers was founded in 2016 by Naguib Sawiris and describes itself as a global developer and curator of lifestyle destinations. Its communities and resorts run from ZED and Silversands in Egypt to Ayia Napa Marina in Cyprus, Eighteen in Islamabad and Silversands in Grenada, a portfolio of more than US$45 billion across seven countries.
BaYn is ORA's first community in the UAE: 4.8 million m² on the Arabian Gulf with 1.2 km of beachfront, a 7.1 km promenade, a lagoon and 1 million m² of public parks. More than half of the land is open space, and the plan provides for around 9,000 homes, a marina, a sports club, Beach Town, schools, healthcare and a five-star resort.
The location sits on Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road, 7 minutes from Palm Jebel Ali, 25 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport, 30 minutes from Abu Dhabi and 35 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
