Capital Homes International is a boutique London property firm led by its two founding partners, Carlo Nasti and Jonny Keightley. Having worked side by side for over 15 years, they run two firms in tandem: CHI Sales Ltd, which finds property for clients on a retained basis, and Capital Homes International LLP, which manages rented homes and facilitates sales with local agents.

The firm works with first-time buyers, buy-to-let investors and end users, and with all major housebuilders across London Zones 1 to 8. A member of LeadingRE since 2020, it regularly receives referred buyers from agents around the world and connects its own clients with trusted agents abroad.
