4TREE CAPITAL Real Estate is an independent estate agency based on Neuer Wall in Hamburg, bringing together sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants across the Hamburg metropolitan region, the districts of Stormarn and Segeberg, and the Bay of Lübeck. Together the team has more than two decades of experience and has brokered several hundred properties.
The agency belongs to no bank, credit institution or franchise, which allows close, personal advice from valuation to the notary appointment and beyond. It is an IVD-Vertrauensmakler, a partner of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and works closely with local notaries, banks, architects and tradespeople.
