Developed by Willis Bond (est. 1988), who has delivered $2.3 billion in projects including multiple Supreme Award winners. Built by LT McGuinness, a 70-year family construction firm with 350+ staff and Master Builders Supreme Awards for Clyde Quay Wharf and Nga Mokopuna.

All 82 residences hold individual freehold titles (fee simple) on Auckland's waterfront, a rarity for apartments. Positioned on 1.8 hectares of waterfront land at Hobsonville Point, just 11km from the CBD. 75% were pre-sold before construction began.
