Founded in 2005, RAK Properties (ADX: RAKPROP) is Ras Al Khaimah's leading publicly listed property developer. Its flagship is Mina, a waterfront masterplan that spans the man-made Hayat and Raha islands, where Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah and a Four Seasons resort with private residences have been announced.
The company's portfolio combines homes, resorts and branded residences. Mina is already home to the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Resort & Spa and the eco-luxury Anantara resort. Together they position Mina as one of the region's leading destinations for branded living.
RAK Properties has also expanded beyond Mina with The Strand, a new master-planned destination within Marjan Beach District, close to the upcoming Wynn resort.
The company plays a part in Ras Al Khaimah's Vision 2030, with an emphasis on economic, social and environmental value, and publishes an annual sustainability report in line with ADX ESG guidance.

- 2011The LagoonsThe Lagoons area of Mina Al Arab is developed, and Malibu Villas and Lagoon Views are launched.
- 2017Raha IslandDevelopment of Raha Island begins.
