Lazudi was founded in Bangkok in 2020 by a team with backgrounds in real estate and technology start-ups, including Chief Executive Officer Costa Savva and co-founder Neil Sutton. Its aim is more transparency and value for buyers, tenants, landlords and sellers.
The company is a technology-led brokerage. Its agents are supported by in-house marketing, technology, operations and client services teams across sales, new developments, residential leasing, holiday rentals, property management and commercial property.
Lazudi works from branches in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Koh Samui, Hua Hin, Krabi, Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, with a dedicated commercial team. The head office is on Soi Sukhumvit 55 in Bangkok.

- 2021Investment and growthLazudi raises US$2 million from PropTech Farm, and around the same time acquires Bangkok agency Thailand Realtors (Skylux Estate).
